I saw this on Masterchef a few years ago, and i’ve never forgotten it. They have professional scavangers for goodness sake. Now i’ll never get a booking.
They serve things like Horse mussels, halibut, wild salmon, and curds from Iceland, what are they!?
I’m a bit surprised by El Bulli since it’s closing this year - maybe that’s the reason.
